Spendesk integrates LicenceOne data into a single spend workflow by syncing licence purchases and subscription billing into Spendesk's platform. Spendesk enables pre-purchase approval workflows, issues virtual cards for LicenceOne vendor payments, captures invoices via Spendesk invoice capture, and produces exportable GL-coded accounting reports for automated reconciliation.

Spendesk automates LicenceOne invoice and licence expense tracking by capturing LicenceOne invoices, mapping licence expenses to Spendesk cost centres, and routing items through Spendesk approval workflows. Spendesk then generates exportable accounting files and GL mappings to reconcile LicenceOne spending without manual data re-entry.

Spendesk requires a Spendesk admin to enable the LicenceOne connector and LicenceOne account credentials or API/connector permissions that allow access to billing and licence metadata. Spendesk integration settings let admins configure cost-centre mapping, approval workflows, virtual card controls, and accounting export parameters during setup.
